Hydundai Vereeniging terrible service and cheats customers.

My took her car as it was having mechenical fault when changing gears. And they said it will be covered under warranty as it is still has a warranty. They took in the car and the lady said she will check for warranty and call if its not covered. And we told them that it is under warranty. The next thing they said no the is not under warranty, we must pay R9500 to fix the car or else we pay R850 to take the car. Funny enough one of the workers said that thats how they male money, they will say that its not covered by warramty in order for us to pay. And they have had few people coming with same problem for Hyundai Grand I10. We took the car to hyundai we bought it and it was fixed under the warrant. And they toldnus to go and request tlour refund as it was unfair of them to charge us. The arrogant manager refused and later called my wife and asked if when will she bring her car for the service, my wife told him that she wont and He said okay then they are not going to refund her. Such arrogance.
