Huyundai Edenvale Poor service for the second time

I phoned to book my car for it's service of 90 000 km and made sure my car is at Huyndai Edenvale branch before 7am. I told them not to add any additional \replacements"on top of the service. At 3pm they phone to inform me that they haven't started with my car yet and it's got to stay there until the following day. I told them this is the second time the exact same thing happened by that same branch and this is our only means of transport from Vereeniging to JHB and back and i need the car. The manager then said they will start the car's service now. After specifically telling them the previous day not to phone me to replace all kinds of extras - they phone me to say that the brake pads back and front are worn out among other things. I replaced the back brake pads 4 months ago and surely it can't be finished already... I never had these kinds of problems with the Vereeniging branch but I will definately NEVER take my car to Edenvale again. """
