Huyndai SA bad service

Hi hyundai,

I am so disappointed in a recent purchase from hyundai umhlanga ridge. I am from capetown and I went on hyundai website and saw a car I always liked it was a hundai tuscon N version 150kw and a A125 inspection was done on it and as the website says its showroom condition. I flew up signed the papers not even a 100km out of Durban the engine light came on and it was the evening so I could not let them know about this issue. When I arrived in capetown took it in to hyundai brackenfell the car was accessed and I was told the car is leaking oil on the sensors I had to book the car in the next Monday and then the car is still there Ithe car is not even a month old it's been more in the workshop than anything. Now they told me the turbo needs replacing the engine needs to be overalled and to top it off they refuse to give me a courtesy car they lieing to me everyday and changing the stories as they go on. This is from the dealer principle from umhlanga ""Hi, I spoke to the workshop manager about the diagnosis on your vehicle which they are waiting for. As discussed, once we get an answer on exactly what's wrong and how long the repair will take, then only my Regional Director will sign off the approval for me to buy a car in Cape Town for you to use until your vehicle is repaired. They stripped your vehicle on Thursday and are awaiting the diagnosis, I will confirm with them first thing Monday and let you know. I messaged him today and this is what he is saying """Good morning Tashriek, I in a meeting currently. I spoke to Ladson last night. The injector report came back last night and it just needs to be cleaned. The warranty PWA was sent in by Ladson last night and Hyundai Warranties will send back the authorization today. As soon as Ladson has it, he will call me and confirm if warranty is paying for the complete repairs or what portion they will cover. Only then can I take it to my Director for sign off. I will let you know. First i waited for the report and the report came back now but he will not tolake it to his director to sign off. Now they waiting for for the warranties they are stringing me along. I will never buy a car by huyndai again nor will I recommend any body to buy one
