Huyandai Umhalang Deon Maharaj

Very disappointed. We purchased a car from Huyandai umhlanga in December 2019 the car was in extremely good condition and we were very happy but little did we know Huyandai Umhlanga *****ed us and before we could purchase the vehicle they did the 1st service and when the car was due for its 2nd service we took it to pinetown Huyandai and they advised us that the car has a front under carriage smash and cradel damage. I brought it to the managers attention at Huyandai Umhlanga thinking I would get help but the manager was very rude and advised me he will take me up to the workshop and we will both see what was wrong but behind my back the manager Deon Maharaj went himself to put the car on the ramp and later came back down saying that there was a damage but they sorted it out and insisted that we damaged the vehicle.I told him that is not true my dad treasures this vehicle and if we damaged it our insurance with have sorted it out we wouldn't of brought the car back to hyundai Umhlanga and further more if you knew the car was damaged why did you allow us to buy it and not give us the history, his reply to me was we didn't ask for the history.

I was discussed and shocked that is not a proper statement I wanted to hear because Huyandai is a repuided dealership. He refused to help us and told us there's nothing he will do and we need to sort the damage out we are now facing such and impact where we are paying a full price for a vehicle that was damaged and not brought to our attention

I need to know how many other customers have been through what we have been through. I don't believe it's fair on people who work hard for what they want and then be *****ed by Deon Maharaj he refused to provided me with all the necessary documents and now wants me to go get proof they did it.

My question to Deon was how did the car pass c.o.r and everything else if pinetown Huyandai found this problem.

If I only knew I would have took our business elsewhere. Extremely disappointed has we are sitting with a damage vehicle now with no help from Huyandai
