How long does it take to receive parts?

My Elantra got damaged in Dec '14. After evaluation it was taken to Wonderboom Panelbeaters for repair. It could only be taken in 27Jan as they were too busy and I was told I could drive my car with the damage so long. I made several calls to them following up, each time being told my car is in for a spray job. Eventually (after 2 weeks) I got a call from the panelbeaters telling me that that there is additional damage and my exhaust also needs replacement for which they need further approval from Outsurance. This despite the exhaust being on original approved evaluation? When I complained and phoned again, I was told that they are waiting for spares from Huyndai. No one knows when the actual spares were ordered and who is really to blame, and in the meantime, I still do not have my car, people is talking over each other, and I need to take the loan car back as my month is over with no 1 willing to give me another car. Despite that the panelbeater told me my car is in their way and they blame Huyndai for not having spares. Now Outsurance and Panelbeater expect me to complaint to Huyndai... and expect Huyndai to give me a loan car. Can someone tell me where parts could be sourced?
