Horrible service Hyundai Bloemfontein

Hyuandai Bloemfontein dealership is the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with, the whole time I’m a paying customer. Last week Saturday my bakkie went in for service and we were told that there seemes to be a problem with the propshaft/diff of the car and that the mechanic needs to take a look at it and diagnose. We left it at the dealership on Saturday, Sunday, Monday I called them in rhe afternoon cause I’m now worried that the car should be out working and making money but the dealership is just quiet. I called about 4 times and everytime I was being taken from pillar to post only to be transferred to the manager the 5th time. I have never seen such a non chalant manager, he just told me that there are cars booked for service and that I should wait until the next day😡😡😡😡 Wait til the next day when I’m also a paying customer!!! The next day came and I was finally sent a quotation of R104 000.00 in the afternoon. Ive never been so ****es off in my life!!!!!!!!!! A whole R104k to fix a car???😡😡😡😡😡

We collected and sought a second opinion only to find that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the diff. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life by a pathetic service! That dealership is a *******!!!!!! I will Never take my car there ever again!
