Horrible service from Kia/hyndai Heidelberg

Bought a car from them. The service was fine during the application process, the application was approved and then begins trouble so the car is purchased in my mum's name,shes in limpopo they said they can't email her the contract to sign she needs a hard Copy so fine they volunteered to send a driver he went asked my mother to sign on the spot as he needs to drive back to joburg she did. So Monday I waited for the car to be delivered but nothing called the sales guy helping me but he was not picking up my calls, finally Tuesday the car was delivered but still no contract then I decided to look into the car no log book so I don't know when the car is due for service, when I call no pick up. Finally Friday I got the contract it came with the shock of my life. The car now costs double the price I have been charged extras for aviyt R13k which I wasn't informed about and other costs that brought shock to me. So basically I'm seating with an extra R20K in my contract that I can't explain what the costs relate to and no one is willing to explain to me, at this time I'm ready to return the car and get a deal with a different dealership
