Horrible Service from Hyundai Bryanston

I have had the worst experience from Hyundai Bryanston. I purchased a Tucson from them in April 2021. The vehicle has been back to their workshop 9x in 12 months with a Turbo problem. I bought the vehicle with an extended warranty against any major breakdowns. I was told by the dealer principal named Johnny at the Hyundai Bryanston branch who told me outright that the cannot help because I have been driving the car. Their sales people will tell you that they are not BMW or Mercedes. I have laid the complaint with Hyundai South Africa and have still not had an acknowledgement of receipt from over a week ago. Non of their staff take any accountability. What were they fixing 9 times? Now the turbo has to be replaced and it is the customers fault and on the customers account. Their service is horrible and would never recommend them to anyone.
