Horrible serivce

On the 15 August 2015 I went to Hyundai The Glen to collect the Grand i10 which I have bought, and I was assisted by a sales man named Hector Mgulwa. He then promised to deliver my triangle as well as my spare keys on Monday the 17th August 2015. I have been calling him every other day and he kept on making empty promises. The last call I made to him was on Friday the 11 September 2015 at 7:21 am and he promised me that he will bring them later that afternoon. Today marks it a month and still waiting. I will not refer anyone to that Dealership due to the bad service I have received.
