Horrible Customer Service

I received the worst customer service experience this morning with a lady at Bryanston front desk called Haizel.

I initially called in to enquire about a delayed car service that was never done on my car, and would have liked to find out what the price would be since I would need to pay it out of pocket.

The call went from zero to a hundred, this lady was extremely rude and condescending which i did not appreciate nor found professional. After scolding and reprimanding me as if I was a child and not a paying customer she then goes on to say she needs to drop the line and attend another call, as if my call was not of any importance.

After the line was cut I immediately called back and went through to her again and was dished out another dose of the exact same disgusting attitude and still got no help with the issue at hand.

To say I'm apould would be an understatement of how I truly feel. I don't think anyone deserves to be spoken to in that manner or tone.
