Holding Deposit Not Refunded

on June 15 put a holding deposit on a vehicle at Hyundai Pinetown but we couldn't get the finance for the vehicle to this date they still have not refunded the holding deposit back all they do is give me the run around saying its being sort out its now 3 weeks.
