Heart for excellence

Just want to say thanks for Jaco Eastes' going the extra mile this past Saturday. Bedfordview has always had amazing customer service and this time he even jumped in to help with the car wash when there was no more paperwork left and we were only waiting for the car wash to finish. (And i only saw this by chance - he did this from a position of integrity without advertising it to the customer he was serving.)
