Hayndai Umhlanga

<p>On the 26th of April 2017 my car for all of a sudden decided not to start and I called for my insurence and they transfered me to roadside assistance. When the roadside assistance came, they towed my car to the nearest dealership (Handai Umhlanga) from my office which is 5 min walk to Hyndai. To cut the story short, I had to go to Hyandai today (which by the way was my third visit since no one contacted me about the progress with the car and they were not willing to give me a another car to drive because they said they have to find out what's the fault first to determine wherether i need a courtecy car. Today was 5 days later and I'm told they have fixed the vihilcle the problem was the battery. But the hyndai services manager said I cannot get the car I have to pay for the Towing company first the amount of +R800. So I ask why? they said because battery problem is not their fault I must have left the lights on, interesting because Hynday i20 2015 lights swicth off the minute you press the lock button. 2 before the whole problem started I had actually drove from my office to the petrol station and from the petrol station I stopped form merely 2 minute and when I stated the car that's when it gave me an issue. I asked how would I know if it was a battery or any other tachnical issue without someone checks it. Right I don't have a car because hyndai Umhlanga can't give me my car back before i pay for the towing company which doesn't make sense at all. </p>
