Hatfield Hyundai, Terrible Used Car Service

Bought a Used BMW from Dealership. The Dealership took vehicle Zambesi Auto for inspection and they did not pick up the vehicle had non approved BMW tyres. Tyres caused 'Diff' problems so I had to replace all 4 at my own cost. Went to Ombudsman and after 2 years they agreed the fault was at the Dealership. I had already replaced (otherwise would not be able to use the vehicle for 2 years)the tyres and they allow for monetary re-inbur*****t. Dealership refuses to repay me for the new tyres. WORST service from the industry in all aspects.
