hate the company

Hi <br> <br> I purchased a hyundai i10 grand from your branch in Pinetown ,Durban in January ,And i have being having a problem with the fuel consumption,I have laid a number of complaints but i have no joy of it .<br> I had the round around due to the fact i dealt with was fired .<br> <br> Yes ,The Dealer Manager did contact me and transferred me to the workshop manager but after the workshop manager check the car and was told that the problem is still on going i received no feedback , Or rather the workshop manager is awaiting feedback from head office which takes over weeks<br> <br> Honestly I use this car for work,and my work is travelling all the time<br> <br> Also the bank was informed of the problem but the problem is continuing and not SOLVED<br> <br> As per CPA ,i don't see this company or the bank assisting a customer in need<br> <br> Honestly it was the biggest mistake of buying this car of having to deal with this company or bank <br> <br> <br> if i don't have feedback soon i will take legal action on both companies .<br> <br> thanks<br> cheryl<br> ***<br>
