HARBOURVIEW HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP TERRIBLE TREATMENT

I bought a used Hyundai Elantra GLS 2016 model on 11-01-2019 at Hyundai Harbourview dealership for cash. Since then I don't have the log book. Whenever I enquire about it, it's one story after the other. What's worse, no one ever bothers to call me about it. I even went there personally on 15 February 2019 to try and get the logbook so I could register the car whose licence disc had expired on 31-01-2019, I was given one more promise as usual. I am so frustrated as I did not expect this kind of service from a reputable dealership. Did they sell me a ****** vehicle? Something is just not right here and no one seems to care. Is Hyundai Harbourview legit? I am asking myself so many questions. Does anyone give a damn about a customer at Hyundai?
