Grievance, defective central locking [resolved]

After 5 failed attempts in getting the central locking system replaced over a period of 18 months turning in to a green monster lunatic where I got the attention of the dealer principle at Hyundai Bryanston to escalate our grievience as one can imagine, it is no fun trying to access your vehicle through the boot of your car as a result of the door locks being broken and taking it back to ratify this problem which can be disruptive and inconvenient having to commute to and from the dealership every time this happens.

Needless to say, the dealer principle was very understanding and oblidging to our issue, he personally saw to it the locks were replaced (not repaired) with a new set of keys and I dont look like I am trying to ***** my own car anymore :) I would like to persoanlly say thank you for the way this problem was managed and the professionalism portrayed during this time. I believe Hyundai Bryanston will see significant improvement in the months to come on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
