Great Service

Hi,<br> <br> I just want to give my compliments to Paul from Hyundai Bryanston. <br> <br> I live about 3 Kilometres from Hyundai Weltevreden Park, and I tried to take my car to that dealership because it has a problem, naturally because it is so close to home. But they were unwilling to even take a look at my car, they were so rude and unwelcoming with no desire to assist. I had to find another Hyundai dealership that was willing to assist. I called Hyundai Bryanston and spoke to Paul who from just speaking to him on the phone was friendly and willing to help. Throughout my car being at Hyundai Bryanston I was given regular feedback and even though in the end they could not fix the problem, I was advised to contact an electrical mechanic. <br> <br> Even though Hyundai Bryanston did not solve my problem, I have to commend them on how they handled the situation, professional and friendly. I'm not upset that a solution was not found but i have appreciation for good service. A genuine desire to assist can make a huge difference.<br> <br> Well done Paul.<br>
