I Booked my car for a service today. Vehicle: 875973 JH Hansen they took in the car but NEVER told me that my service plan expired - i was also unaware. I NEVER received a formal quote - and when I went to collect - they refused me my car. according to my knowledge - you cannot charge a client without a formal quote. According to the service manager that is how HYUNDAI operates and they never quoted clients before. what useless lame excuse. do yourself a favor - rather stay away from this people - not my first bad experience with them. and be warned - the service lady will tell you to bring the car at 7:00 and she will refuse to help you until 7:45!
