Gearbox Service Complaint

I own an ix35 2l petrol 2011 model 4 months ago i took it in for repairs on the gearbox which cost me R 22 000.00 and now down the line the problem has started again after being checked at it's 150000KM service. Your dealership in Milnerton CT has failed me. I would like to believe that this is not what your company stands for. I need this to be rectified
