Gear Box

I took my vehicle to Hyundai Strijdom Park on Monday 12 January for the noise that was on the gear box. I was told that the vehicle will be tested and they will tell me the problem. No one phoned me until I enquired and I was told that the was a problem with the gear box and they will have to take it for repair. I phoned the m on Wednesday 14 January to find out how far they where and I was told that they waiting for Stannic to approve the other repairs that were not on the warranty. My vehicle was in for repairs for ten working days and I was only phoned when it was fixed. Now the problem has started again, its so hard to change gears one and two and I need to go back to the same people that gave me bad service
