Garbage service - Hyundai Strydom Park

<p>I had the unfortunate incident of being informed at 3:50pm by a staff member at the Hyundai Strijdom Park Branch by the name of Hayley, that she was no longer able to fetch me from Sunninghill to get my car from the branch. Please be advised I had not requested her to fetch me but she had offerred. I was disappointed by the fact that I could have ubered to your branch as early as 2pm and thus avoided traffic, now I have to organise my transport back to your branch in order to fetch my car after being told a mere hour before your branch closes baring in mind I work in a traffic drenched area. Its completely rude and unprofessional baring in mind that I have to cough up almost R3000 for the service itself only to be greeted with such a poor service. Another complaint will follow if I do not get my car from the dealership this afternoon as this is completely not my fault and is a result of your poorly selected staff. </p> <p> </p> <p>I do anticipate a response from the branch as this is completely distasteful lest I will escalate the matter even futher.</p>
