Furious Hyundai Customer

I bought my car in 2018 by Hyundai Woodmead till today I still don’t have my spare key and no one is willing to listen to assist, I’m being given the run arounds and they’re dealer principal is never around when I call and they keep on taking my number and promise to call me back. If this is what they teach at Hyundai then I bought my car from ********
