Front bumper for Hyundai Accent

My 2013 Accent needs a new bumper. My insurers agreed to having a new bumper fitted in mid February. I keep on receiving sms's from the body shop, informing that they are still awaiting parts for my vehicle .This is now ongoing, and unacceptable. Hyundai is a popular make, and a bumper is a stock item. Hyundai is very popular in SA , but clearly cannot deliver the goods as and when required. Approx 6 weeks to wait for a bumper ??? , no ways. Maybe Hyundai staff should get training from VW on how to organise their business properly.
