Hi so I received my car paper which the car is still on the garages name when I contacted them the story came out saying my car was up for R 30000 only so I asked about the extra R3000 and why still my car wasn't put onto my name? The one sales man a Mr awe says it wasn't in he's agreement but according to me the agreement was 33000 and papers roadworthy and plates were included this all became quite a bad fight between us through phone call and WhatsApp I said then if they not going to do my change of ownership and plates ect then who is going to refund my R3000 so that I can do this as soon as I receive that monies. I even got a call from head office this man a Mr tiennie was extremely rude wouldn't even hear the story out and said that the car was sold as is and just put the phone down in my ear! Afterwards Mr awe called me and said that the 3000 will be paid over to me i must send banking details which I did and said once its done I'll remove the bad review on hello peter, but still nothing has been paid over! Now I feel its ********** that this company's employees **********ly charged me extra monies onto the vehicles original price and made promises that was not delivered. I really don't care how or where they get the3000 rand they stole from me actually I think my 3000 they took should be paid back with intrested for wasting my time and extra monies running after them,but between Mr awe and Mr Wayne i want to be refunded or Hyundai must reprimand their employees for their ********** actions!! Seem to me Hyundai has no shame about this situation I mean how can they sit back and leave this! If this is happening to me how many other consumers have they *****ed with monies! I want justice I want either my refund or they must put my car through road worthy legally and do the change of ownership and number plates as they ' promised'?
