First car buying experience, a nightmare.

I recently bought an I20 from Hyundai Tygervalley. After dealing with some issues with our invoice that included R30 000 worth of charges we didn't agree to, the sale went through, we paid a deposit and went to collect the car. The front seat all of as sudden had a stain on it, we were told it was the valet people and they would take it back. We took delivery and after a day realized that the hatch was so far out of alignment that it didn't open or close properly and after a week the wheel alignment was out. We contacted them and they fetched the car for half a day, returning it saying everything was fixed. The hatch was further out of alignment than it was originally and a week later the wheel alignment was out once again. Once again they fetched it and said it would be a couple of days to fix the minor issues, as they put it. It is now a month later, they still have my car and I have been informed that it will take another month and a half at least to fix the hatch. According to the Area Manager they don't need to replace the car because they are acting withing NCA rules. I worked 18 years to buy my first car and this is what I get.
