Fine received on my old car that was traded in and still not paid after 1 year

I traded my car in at Hyundai Weltevreden Park on August 16th 2016. On 25th August someone from Hyundai was driving it and got a speeding fine of R375. I reported it to the branch and nothing has been done about it. I have phoned and e-mailed the Manager Tienie Potgieter and he reads my e-mails and just ignores me. I am very disapointed with the way i am being treated and will never buy a car there again.
