Faulty vehicle sold

Good day I have a complaint against Hyundai Durban South Branch I have purchased a vehicle demo Hyundai Tucson 2.0 premium , 3000kms from them in August 2018 I was very happy with the service of the sale as it was my second new car purchased at the branch Raj was the salesperson However I now have after sales issues which is very disturbing The car also goes to Durban South Branch for all the services At 15000kms I complained the vehicle is making a noise which sounds like a ticking sound, They concluded they could not hear the noise the vehicle will need to be there overnight ,I bought a new car to have a hassle free experience ,So Now I take it back for a service at 29000kms noise is still there , still Hyundai cannot hear the noise so I video it and send it through They confirm to me it is a hydraulic lifter problem which they will order spares and request the car back ,this whole process will take about 2-3 days that the car will be booked in , The service advisor is Trimane who is extremely helpful no issues with her However before the car can go in I receive a call to confirm that this noise is normal That is impossible since the purchase of my Tucson I have managed to influence 6 other people to buy brand new Hyundai's so I know the noise is an issue so after all my unhappiness of the issue they requested the car comes back in for more testing ,This was the 02nd of June today is the 08th of July They had the car there for a week before confirming to me that the hydraulic lifters and the oil pump is an issue ,So now they order the parts ,on the 24th of June I was advised vehicle will be ready ,Then I get a call to say will testing the timing chain broke ,They need to order a new one and the latest received yesterday the 07th of July the head is now sent in for skimming because the valve is leaking . No calls from a foreman or the manager from the service department this after I requested time and time again , Furthermore after a lot of nagging I asked for a courtesy car ,On the 24th June they provided me with a decent I10 grand remember I drive a Hyundai Tucson and my husband a Mercedes benz ,However no issues , On Monday the 30th June Someone calls me to collect this I10 as they have a pending deal and they drop off an Atos which is even smaller and stinks of cigarettes as if a bunch of people were sitting in the car and smoking up a storm .I called them back and pleaded they please change the car as this is not right ,I am paying an instalment of R6800 for this Tucson every month My car has been in the repair workshop for more than a month however I am still paying this, Hyundai sold me a faulty vehicle and I need to know why Everything is being changed and what if the vehicle does not work properly I want Hyundai to keep the Tucson settle my bank and I will take another vehicle but I am skeptical about taking back a car with less than 30000kms and that many issues ,The after service has been horrid and I will share my story on any social website willing to listen ,Where's my rights ? Where's treating the customer fairly ? why am I paying an instalment on a vehicle sitting in Hyundai and there is no date they can confirm as to when my vehicle will be returned in the interim they leave me with this horrid car that I am supposed to be quiet with ,I want answers .
