Faulty vehicle

I would not recommend buying a car from Hyundai. They sold me a faulty vehicle and won't take it back and refund me. Instead they said if I trade it in and take something else I'd have a shortfall and it will be included in the deal. I am basically stuck with a car that was probably in an accident because there is no way I can bend a axle from driving a car for three months. It is also very unsafe because I needed new tyres 3 months after the purchase. Absolute *****.
