Faulty Jack supp**** with car

I had a blowout, used the jack and it just collapsed, almost taking my leg off. I took it to Hyundai Menlyn and I am still awaiting feedback. It has been over 2 weeks now. I would expect the emergency items on the vehicle to be in proper working condition.
