Faulty doors and lack of response concern

I purchased a new Hyundai H1 bus in July 2015 and there have been continuous problems with both sliding doors, basically from the day that I purchased. According to the service department the major problems have been with rollers. If you refer to the service warranty it is evident that 6 repairs have been claimed on , in addition to this Grahamstown department replaced the rollers at their own cost on further occasions. Besides these replacements I have had to take the bus in on other occasions to get the doors cleaned, oiled and unjammed. During the first year of owning the vehicle there was a time that I had to take it in because both doors were jammed and my children had to climb in through the front door and over the seats to get into the back seats. Besides the inconvenience I cannot but be appalled at the danger of an accident or incident where I might have had to get to the children and be unable to open the doors. In addition , I am a working Mom who cannot afford to continually be without my vehicle. I would calculate that there have been at least 15 times that I have had to take the vehicle in, as well as being subjected to continuous squeaking and rattling from the doors. This is not something that you expect from a R520 000 new vehicle. The latest issue is that travelling back from Ficksburg to Grahamstown at the beginning of November , the right door started unlatching. A gap would actually appear at the bottom of the door!! Once again , can I reiterate that I drive my children in this vehicle! Besides continually dealing with this issue with the Grahamstown Branch I eventually emailed them on the 14 November , listing the above and putting it in writing. Steven van der Merwe then forwarded my email to Max Germani at Hyundai with a covering letter and attaching the warranty history and asking that he come back to me as I no longer want the vehicle and wish to sell it back to Hyundai. This was on the 20 November 2017. I then sent a reminder email on the 23 November 2017 requesting feedback and asking who I could contact at head office. To date , the 8th December 2017, I have still received no response. Besides the actual problems with the vehicle I am absolutely appalled at the lack of response from Hyundai. I have previously owned Mitsubishi, Toyota and Chevrolet vehicles and have never experienced these kind of problems or utter disregard to getting back to a client. I prefer to deal directly with companies, but after two years of frustration and hitting a brick wall with regard to response from Hyundai I have now had to seek alternative avenues to deal with the problem. To make things worse I have been trying all morning to get through to the customer care number on their website but no one is answering. And needless to say my right door is still rattling , squeaking and making an absolute racket.
