false information given by Khaya Shange from Hyndai Port Shepstone

my review is for Hyundai Port Shepstone. I bought a Suzuki swift with them in February this year, my sales person was Khaya Shange who advised that the car comes with a 2 years/30 000KM service plan. when i got the car it was on 37000km. I'm now at 45000km and I'm trying to book a service with Suzuki and i was advised that the car is out of service warranty, i have tried numerous times to contact Khaya and he does not answer my calls, when i try to reach out to Hyundai Port Shepstone, the finance manager tells me that there was no extended service plan taken out with the car, i advised that the sales person advised that the car comes with the service and i was promised that the sales manager will contact me, i called many times and each time I'm advised that the sales manager will call me but I'm yet to receive that call.
