False advertising - Referral Voucher

I referred a friend to buy a car at Hyundai Boksburg and she collected her car on the 28th of September , and to date I'm still waiting for my referral voucher. i have sent countless messages to the sales person , following up with calls where he takes days to respond with another empty promise that it will be resolved. On the 11th of November i finally got a referral code - which means nothing really as i am still waiting on the voucher to use - i called the "head office number" but they arent answering calls. This is really not on , If the voucher is for clients why should we have to follow up and be ignored . Is this voucher thing even there ?? i wouldnt advise anyone to do the referral really.
