False advertising

My friend bought an ix35 at the above dealership ,she had the sales reps business card stating that should you refer someone to buy a car they will give you a referral fee of about R500.<br> <br> Indeed I went to buy the very same car at the same dealership , she was suppose to get her referral fee , then they said the person who deals with that has been moved to another branch. I think it is false advertising , I could have gone to any other Hyundai dealership , but I went there because I saw that referral fee.
