False advertising

A couple of weeks ago I sent my Hyundai Terracan in for 130-50 thousand service. The service assistant later phoned me to say that in their opinion the vehicles' front wheel bearings needed to be renewed. (note this was already done previously at +- 100,000k), I instructed the service assistant to go ahead with the fitment at the same time as the service, and if necessary the vehicle could sleep over to the next day. In actual fact it took Hyundai Pinetown approx. 2 weeks to source the bearings from JHB.
The bearings eventually arrived and were duly fitted. When I collected the vehicle (after Hyundai keeping the vehicle approx. 2 weeks), Hyundai Pinetown workshop reception/cash desk had a sign on the wall that read words to the effect that if they kept your vehicle for longer than 24 hours due to unavailability of parts, they would award you 500L of fuel free of charge. Upon requesting them to honour this promise, they refused, saying that terms and conditions app****.
Some false advertising here -
