Failure to notify

Before I bought the car the Branch failed to notify me of the cars problems which can not be picked up initially with a test drive and then took my car after I complained where they had it for 3 weeks and still failed to fix it. Still no word. I'm done. I have had my car for or a month and have only driven it for 2 weeks (1week before and 1 week after first repairs). I keep on calling and just get dusted off.
