Failure to honour an agreement- cash back on vehicle sales

I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson at Nelspruit branch and the deal had a cash back as an agreement but on delivery they only gave me a car and did not gave me the cash back promised, when asked the sales consultant he told me they are processing it which if they wanted to pay it should have been on my account, that is not a good service delivery.
