Failing to repair damaged clutch plate

Mrs Phuthuma Mahlombe bought a new Hyundai i20 and within 6 months the clutch plate failed and it is covered under warranty as the vehicle is 2015 model but the garage is refusing to fix the vehicle under warranty. Plumstead Hyundai is treating this contract and customer badly by refusing to honour their obligation.
