Extremely bad service

<p>I bought a car from this dealership, and at the time of sale they were to fix a few snags on the vehicle. Being a few dents and scratches as well as a rim repair. I have called the sales person the whole december through, spoke to his manager and left numerous messages for the dealership owner to contact me. All in vain. They have collected the car a few times from me already, keep it the entire day, and return it without doing any of the repairs. Just today, after waiting 5 hours for the car to be collected, it gets returned with a, "did they not call you to explain?"... NOTHING was done. All this time, I am without any transport and this car goes back and forth at my expense and time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there no such thing as ethics??? clearly not at this dealership</p>
