Extremely bad quality

I was complaining about the poor service of Hyundai Vereeniging. My car wasn't serviced properly and complained about a funny sound this car made before taking it for its 1st service. They said its nothing to do with the engine. Guess what? The sound is even louder now and my car is sounding so bad. The car just reached 75 000 and it sounds like an old car and the car is not in a good shape . Took my car for all its services and wasn't happy with one of them. I'm still waiting for someone to do what is right. Please I plead with someone to see that my car get fixed. I request that you close the vereeniging branch. Just fix the sound on my car since I've been complaining for so long. I love this car but the sound makes me hate it.
