Extended Warranty signed for was not Activated
I purchased a 2010 Ford Figo 1.4 ambiente from Hyundai Heidelberg in March 2015 and signed extended warranty documents which were provided to me by Rofhiwa Lebiago (Finance and Insurance Manager- Hyundai Heidelberg) for the car, as the original warranty had expired.

In December 20015 about 9 months after the purchase, the car had an engine failure so I asked my Insurance to tow it to Ford Centurion. Ford quoted me about R43 000. I then call my supposedly warranty provider, Liquid Capital in order to put through a claim but I was informed by Liquid Capital that my warranty is not active so they could not be of assistance.

I then called the dealership (Hyundai Heidelberg) and upon investigation, it was found that the warranty premium was not financed by the bank at the time of purchase but I was given the car under the impression that the car was under a warranty by the Hyundai Heidelberg Finance and Insurance Manager (Rofhiwa Lebiago) and Tsepho the Sales Representative at the time.

I reported the matter to the Principal Dealer at Hyundai Heidelberg (Siya Qamba) but up until now I have not gotten any positive assistance.
