Extended warranty - renewal on Service plan

I called through to renew my maintenance plan all I got was the run around from the financial services team. How is it possible that I can renew my service plan but not my maintenance plan when I was told by Hyundai harbor view j could renew my plan on 24 September for its 90 000 km service. I find the after sales experience horrific and this is reason why I will not be buying another Hyundai vehicle and will not recommend this brand to anyone else who may want to purchase a vehicle.
