Expired Service Plan and Terrible Customer Service
I bought my Hyundai i20 motion in 2013 at Tygervally, with an 2 year/30000km service plan.Hyundai Tygervally do not have a service department and i need to service my car at Hyundai Bellville.I booked my car for its 30000km service in advance for today 7 October 2015 and dropped the car off at Bellville 07H30 with the advisor,Mandy.Waited for my transport till 08H15.On my way home,Mandy phones me and tell me that the service plan has expired. Surely if you book in the car this needs to be checked or picked up and if you can't pick it up in 45min while i am still in your building there is an big problem. When i returned Mandy told me that there was no way how she could have seen in advance that the service plan has expired,SO WHAT YOU SAY,YOU DO NOT KEEP ANY RECORD OF YOUR COSTUMERS?Is this a circus of a company or you just don't worry? Nobody told me what the expiry date is on my service plan, there was an option given to me when i bought the car.The last service would be in 2 years or on 30 000km.I am refusing to pay and need my car to be serviced.I am highly unhappy and will spread the word far as i go of the poor service and will never advise somebody to do business with Hyundai!
