Excuses, lack of customers service, etc. etc. etc.

<p>On the 07/03/2016 I took my car for its 1st services at Hyundai Durban South Dealership the one located in Edwin Swales/ Solomon Mahlangu Dr. I informed them that the car shakes when you drive it in the 5th gear surpassing the speed of 100 km/h. However I also informed them a week after purchasing my brand new vehicle in 2015 at the dealership mentioned above that the car shakes when you drive it in 5th gear, and ask them if they could fix it as it is a brand new vehicle and still under warranty. So they told me they will only be able to do so when the car comes for its first service. So when I finally took it for the service, they said they will need to have a look. Drop the car there at 7am and got there at 16:00, as no one phoned me to let me know the car is ready or to tell me what the problem was. So the lady at the counter said she has been trying to phone me the whole day (my phone didn’t show any miss calls) to tell me that the front drive shaft is worn out because it was not lubricated. The part is over R7000 and they need to get clearance as the car is still under warranty. I asked her how long this will take and said only two weeks. So on the 18/03/2016 I phoned them because no one has phoned me to tell me anything, and the guy told me yes he needs to order the part from Korea as there are no parts available in South Africa, and that they will inform me when the part comes. So I still have not heard from them, and went to the dealership on the 13/05/2016, only to be informed that there is a new guy working there and the previous guy did not submit my claim! Then I find out that there is a part available in South Africa. This is totally unacceptable. Customer service should be a priority but it seems they are only interested in selling car and totally neglect the post-sales services. I won’t take my car there again for its annual services nor would I purchase a car there. Seeing as the only thing they are good at, is making up stories. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
