Exceptional service from Silverlakes branch.

I would like to compliment the service manager, Gerald and his technical team, for their dedication and determination in finding the fault on my Elantra's cruise control system. Coming from a technical background myself, I know that it can be extremely difficult and frustrating to find a dry joint or bad connection in the earth wiring of any device or appliance. <br> They found the problem after almost 3 hours of very hard work.<br> I also need to mention that Norman in the store room went out of his way to find the parts that were needed. <br> The reception staff (Pete and Fazel) were also very helpful and friendly at all times.<br> Congratulations to all the staff at Silverlakes on a job well done!<br>
