EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

I recently assisted my sibling with the acquiring of/purchasing of a vehicle. We visited Hyundai, Springfield, Durban and met with the used car salesman, Shaun Ramiah. We advised him of the type of vehicle which she was looking for, as well provided him with the budget she had at her disposable. His approach and finalization of the deal was exceptional in the sense that he ensured that she was placed in the vehicle of her choice and that she left with peace of mind. I was quite impressed, considering my experience with two German players in the industry, from whom I purchased my last two vehicles. It is very rare that you find a sales person with customer centricity forming part of his/her character. Well Done to Shaun...and Well Done to Hyundai! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
