Excellent service at Hyundai Paardeneiland

I often use Hellopeter and other social media to complain about companies providing bad service and have over the last three years had shocking service from car dealers. However, recently I received such excellent service at Hyundai Paardeneiland that I thought I would use Hellopeter to give a compliment for a change. I got excellent service from Corne Syfert about 2 weeks ago. He gave me a quote to fit front PDC to my car. They offered to drop and collect me (normally they only drop). When I got there to collect they said it took a bit longer than they expected, but when they were done, he told me he can give me a discount because they made me wait! He also picked up another mail where I asked his sales colleague about the rear number plate being a bit loose and arranged to have it replaced without me even asking him about it. I also complained to the sales guy about the brakes and Corne personally came to fetch and drop my car at my house and insured that the brake issue was resolved. Cornel, you are a sterling example of good service and going above and beyond for a customer! May you have a very successful career in the motor industry!
