Excellent Customer Service

My car was booked for service at Zambezi Drive Pretoria for Friday,19 June 2015. On my way to the service point that morning, I had to quickly attend to an emergency at work and was late for 08:00am car registering at the service point. Exactly at 10: 55 am, I called Hyundai Zambezi and was very fortunate to reach Chazmain Palm! My God! What an experience! This gentle lady knows her stuff! She politely took time to understand my frustration of having missed an appointment and explained to me that there is a handful number of cars waiting to be serviced. However, she quickly advised me to come as soon as conveniently as possible and she shall try her best to assist. When I got there, I met a humble,friendly, decent , warm and ever smiling beautiful matured lady who quickly attended to me and explained everything to me. She actually did not promise heaven and earth to my car service! But she did deliver way more than expected! She is a shinning STAR:-)
