Excelent Customer Service @ Hyundai Centurion

Good day Sir/ Madam I trust that you are well. I have just had a wonderful experience at the Centurion Hyundai Service Centre and would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr Albert Karelson who is the workshop foreman. I met with him at 04:00 this afternoon when I experienced some trouble with my crankshaft sensor. Mr Albert Karelson truly lives up and exceeds the Hyundai reputation. He made time to assist me although the 19/01/2018 was a Friday. I am so impressed with his compassion, helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile . I am convinced now that I will always buy Hyundai vehicles and will convince my family and friends to do the same and also to utilise the Hyundai Centurion branch for all their Services.

I am very impressed with the aftersales services and although it’s a Friday afternoon Mr Albert Karelson was in no hurry to leave home and was able to assist me there and then without requiring me to make a booking to come back at a later date.
