My name is Sylvia Nxumalo today I experienced ****** , demeaning and patronising behaviour from Este stolterfoht from hyndai weerdeverden park was given detailed explanation about my service plan after servicing my car and was expected to pay for the service the worst part I paid .even when I needed an explanation she was so dismissive covering for herself mind you I'm a long standing customer of that dealership but the experience and service I received was very disgusting they took my old battery without my consent or explanation such behaviour should not be allowed to continue will take this matter further I willing to spend on legal fees to teach her a lesson in this day and age such behaviour should not be accepted . I had use my cellphone to call a service plan that is aligned to them instead of allowing me use her line I mean they work with the people she did not have the decency to assist but will take this further as a matter of principle.
